Mardi Himal Trek itinerary

Each day is structured for a steady pace, strong acclimatization, and memorable moments on trail.

  1. Day 1

    Fly or drive Kathmandu to Pokhara

    822 m

    Take a short domestic flight or overland drive to Pokhara and prepare for the ridge-route start.

  2. Day 2

    Drive Pokhara to Kande, trek to Pitam Deurali

    2,100 m

    After a brief road transfer to Kande, climb through forest and villages to the ridge settlement of Pitam Deurali.

  3. Day 3

    Trek Pitam Deurali to Low Camp

    2,970 m

    Follow mixed forest trails with expanding views as you gain steady altitude toward Low Camp.

  4. Day 4

    Trek Low Camp to High Camp

    3,550 m

    Ascend above treeline onto open ridges and reach High Camp for sunset and dawn mountain panoramas.

  5. Day 5

    Early hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp, trek to Siding, drive to Pokhara

    4,500 m

    Pre-dawn hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp for close-range Annapurna views, then descend via Siding and return to Pokhara by road.
